As we scale, we’re looking for a bilingual Executive Assistant to support our two co-founders and help structure the next phase of our growth.

Your missions
As Executive Assistant, you will:
Coordinate calendars, travel and key meetings for both co-founders
Handle administrative follow-ups and internal processes
Support cross-team project coordination (sales, marketing, legal)
Help with client-facing communication and CRM entries
Assist with real estate events and property showcases
Maintain operational structure across the agency
Your profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Fluent in English & French (spoken & written)
Highly organized, reliable, and resourceful
Experienced in executive support (minimum 2 years)
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Discreet, proactive, and people-oriented
Able to multitask and manage priorities independently
